A preconstruction team that has actually been on site

Pr3cise is a technical estimating and quantity surveying office staffed by building engineers, MEP specialists and project-management professionals. We know how the work gets built, which is why we know what gets missed.

The Pr3cise team of engineers and estimators

Every estimate is produced by an engineer and reviewed by a second one before it leaves the office. We work to AACE International cost-estimate classifications, price with current regional data cross-checked against live supplier quotes, and organize every deliverable the way your team already works — CSI MasterFormat for North American projects, a bill of quantities for tenders that call for one, and your own bid template when you have one.

Our turnaround is not a promise, it is arithmetic. Our working day starts seven hours before the US East Coast and an hour before Madrid, so drawings sent at the end of yours are being measured while your office is closed. For a client in the Americas that is a full extra day on every bid; for one in Europe it is a finished takeoff waiting first thing in the morning. Either way, nobody has to rush the numbers. And for clients further east — the Gulf, Asia — our working day overlaps yours, so questions come back the same afternoon.

Field experience, not just software

We know how a building goes together, so we know which line items get forgotten. The omissions that destroy margins are rarely exotic — they are the ones nobody thought to measure.

The local code, applied properly

CSI MasterFormat coding, AACE estimate classes and cost data for the market the project is actually built in. That means Florida Building Code and the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules on a Miami-Dade job, and the Eurocodes with their national annexes on a European one.

A number you can defend

An estimate is only useful if it holds up when someone challenges it. Ours ship with the takeoff markups, the assumptions and the exclusions attached, so you can show your work.
