Who produces a Pr3cise estimate, and how it is checked
Every Pr3cise estimate is produced by one engineer and reviewed by a second before it leaves the office. The people doing that work are building engineers, MEP specialists and project-management professionals employed by Clear Ascend OÜ, a company registered in Estonia; there is no branch, office or postal address anywhere else, and no site visits. Pr3cise never bids construction work itself, so the drawings and the rates a client sends are never in competition with the office measuring them.

Pr3cise works in English and Spanish.
- United States — CSI MasterFormat line items with regional cost data. Miami-Dade and South Florida is the main Pr3cise market in the United States: Florida Building Code, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules and Notice of Acceptance product approvals.
- United Kingdom and Ireland — bills of quantities and pre-tender cost plans in the structure the tender documents ask for.
- Spain and Spanish-speaking markets — mediciones y presupuestos in Spanish, delivered in BC3 as well as Excel and PDF, coded against CTE, REBT and RSCIEI.
