Request a construction estimate

Send us your drawings and we will come back within one business day with a fixed fee and a delivery date. No obligation.

You get a line-item estimate you can bid from: quantities measured off your drawings, priced with current regional material and labor rates, organized by CSI MasterFormat division — or your own template — with overhead, profit and waste factors broken out separately. Standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours, and the fee is agreed in writing before any work starts.

The initial review and the quote are free. We work with general contractors, subcontractors, developers and architecture studios wherever the project is — the United States, Latin America, Spain and the rest of Europe among them — with cost data refreshed monthly and every estimate shipped with color-coded takeoff markups, so any quantity can be audited in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

What contractors usually want to know before sending us a set of drawings.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours from receipt of a complete document set, depending on the trade and the size of the package. Bid-day work can move faster — tell us your due date and we will confirm in writing before we start.

Drawings in PDF or DWG plus the project specifications are enough. Addenda, scope letters, geotechnical reports and any prior takeoff all help. The more complete the set, the tighter the number.

No. The initial review and the fee quote are free and carry no obligation. You get a fixed price and a delivery date before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Excel and PDF as standard, with color-coded takeoff markups attached. If you bid from your own spreadsheet template or use software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, STACK or Presto, we will deliver into the format your team already works in.

Yes. One revision round is included, covering addenda, spec changes and price updates. If a change materially alters the scope, we price the additional work with you before doing it.

Internationally. We work fully remotely with contractors, developers and design studios wherever the project is — the United States, Latin America, Spain and the rest of Europe among them. There is no geographic limit: every document is exchanged digitally. Each project is priced with cost data for the market it is actually built in rather than a national average, so a Miami job carries Miami-Dade labor and material rates and a Madrid job carries Madrid's.

That is one of our strengths. We produce full breakdowns for electrical, plumbing and sanitation, HVAC, fire protection and low-voltage, priced to the applicable code with material and labor separated on every line item.

Always. We work from cost databases updated monthly and cross-checked against real supplier and manufacturer quotes. Both list and net price are shown for every material, so you can work out your true margin before you submit the bid.
